Every engagement requires an approved proposal or contract defining scope, timing, payment, feedback rounds, usage rights, source-file handoff and third-party licenses.
Intellectual property
Ownership and usage rights depend on the signed agreement. Fonts, stock media, software and other third-party assets remain subject to their own licenses.
